As a System Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in managing and maintaining both on-premises and cloud-based environments that power our operations across the enterprise. Responsibilities and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  1. Endpoint & Device Management
  • Administer Microsoft Intune, including policy configuration and application deployment
  • Perform patching and update management across all Microsoft Windows systems enterprise-wide

 

  1. Identity & Access Management  
  • Manage Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD, including user and group administration
  • Configure and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

 

  1. Storage & Infrastructure Operations
  • Oversee administration of FBM’s file storage infrastructure
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Azure IaaS resources

 

  1. Security & Collaboration Tools
  • Assist in the administration and security configuration of Office 365, including: Email security tools and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) features

 

  1. Miscellaneous
  • Support our values in the stand areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale Microsoft Intune environments
  • Hands-on experience administering medium to large Active Directory environments
  • Strong experience with Windows Server infrastructure management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure administration
  • PowerShell or equivalent scripting/automation skills required
  • Ability to multi-task, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including phone support capabilities

Compensation

The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

  • Base: $85,000-$110,000 per year
  • Bonus: 10% Target Bonus
  • Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): The successful candidate could reasonably expect a Total Compensation Package in the range of $93,500-$121,000
  • Job Type: Full-Time
