Position Overview
Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Content Manager to drive content development across multiple platforms in alignment with companywide strategy. As a member of the Marketing Team, this role will be key in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth. Specifically, the Digital Content Manager will have discretion and independent decision-making authority in creating FBM’s social media strategies, content development, channels, and activations, while playing a critical role in shaping FBM’s digital voice, ensuring consistency of messaging, and maximizing impact through effective storytelling and data-driven optimization.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and brings proven expertise in digital content creation (owning the entire process from concept to execution), social media management, and performance measurement. This individual will help advance FBM’s brand presence, foster customer engagement, and drive measurable growth.
