Position Overview
The Risk Management Liability Claims Specialist coordinates the end-to-end workflow for auto, general liability, property, and environmental claims, from first notice of loss through investigation support, documentation management, repair or remediation coordination, and ongoing claim status follow-up.
This role is well-suited for a claims professional who enjoys working outside of an insurance carrier or third-party administrator environment, while remaining deeply engaged in claims operations. The Specialist partners closely with Drivers, Branch Leaders, Safety, Operations, Insurance Carriers, Environmental Consultants, and Third-Party Administrators (TPA) to ensure timely reporting, complete and accurate claim files, and consistent communication across all claim types.
The ideal candidate brings strong multi-line claims process knowledge, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset focused on keeping claims moving while supporting loss prevention, compliance, and continuous improvement within FBM’s in-house Risk Management function.
